Guide on How to Tune Your Acoustic Guitar

Sunday Jun 3, 2012

If learning how to play the guitar seems to be a very frustrating experience, but as soon as you are able to learn then playing anything will be possible.

However, just like any other instruments your guitar may get out of tune too. Hence it is important to keep the instrument in tune.

It is very important that you keep your Acoustic Guitar Strings in tune every time you pick it up. It is because the guitars are more inclined to get out of tune quickly. So you need to check the guitar tuning frequently as you play your guitar. It only takes you five minutes to get your guitar in tune.

You need to listen to the first note and hum that note too. Make sure that the pitch of your voice and the tune of your guitar will match. Simply continue this until you are done with all the guitar notes. Try to make the necessary adjustments until the tone of your voice and your guitar will sound the same.
