The cost of repairs and services can get pretty expensive especially if you have to replace some parts of the appliance.

There are even instances when the appliance part is not available and they have to order the appliance parts online; this could become very pricey if you do not have the warranty to help you.

These warranties actually serve as insurance policies for your appliances. The usual warranty that comes with your new appliance includes Manufacturer’s Warranty and Limited Warranty. The Manufacturer’s warranty is one year for both parts and services. If you wish to extend the warranty, you have to pay additional cost to cover the warranty extension.

On the other hand, Limited Warranty is the extended warranty on specific parts of any appliance. You will see these limited warranties in the owner’s manual. Normally, the parts are free but you need to pay for the labor in order to install the specific appliance parts. You can also see these limited warranties on the fine print so make sure that you check it.
