Boyfriend is planning to buy GrandAunt’s car, a Nissan Sentra 1995. I am so excited over the idea of having our own car. We can now go anywhere, anytime… but I have to learn how to drive first.
Because of boyfriend’s eye condition (retinitis pigmentosa) which prohibits him to drive, there’s no one else left to drive the car but me. We can hire a driver, but how about if we want to go out late at night? Who will drive for us?
Maybe this June, after we have settled our financial responsibilities, I can now enroll in a driving institute who has experienced drivers who can teach me. I’m a nervous wreck. Totally! Just now, I’m imagining how I would be like out there when someone or something just pops up in front of me while I’m driving.. geezus!
I am aware of the safe driving rules, but implementing them is another thing. I don’t want to drive around with baby on my lap or texting while driving. That’s very stupid and irresponsible.
With that thought, there’s this instance that I really had to go out and buy some stuff, and I can’t go out alone and leave baby behind. It’s drizzling and there’s no one I can leave the baby with. If only I know how to drive… and if I know how to drive, where will I put the baby?
Another thing I will need is a durable car seat. Since babies grow up fast, I bet it’s better to get convertible ones that I can use until she’s big enough to ride on her own. It would save me money and space.
And assuming I can drive on my own, we can now go anywhere! yahoo! We love going out of town! I will need some toys and activity books for my daughter so she won’t get bored during the trip. She’s very perky and will not stay latched onto the car seat. Good heavens!

learn to drive is fun and a challenge too. I hate the paper test, do you have the paper test there before going for the driving lesson.
