Hunny and Yz’s birthday started with blowing of candles. Granny bought the mango cake and Hunny bought the Rocky Road (his favorite) from Red Ribbon. A week before, Granny already bought the candles, with a small stand that hums a Happy Birthday song. Yz sang “Hapi bordey Yz and Daddy” first before blowing the candle. I lighted the candle like three times. She really loves blowing candles.
We went to Trinoma and let Yz play at Gymboree. In this post, I told you how much Yz loves swinging and sliding that’s whywe decided on bringing her to a gym where she can jump herself to satisfaction.
The entrance fee is Php 320 for 2 hours and of course an adult is required to accompany a kid. You can go out and freeze your time and get back there again to complete the 2 hours. The “gym” is really spacious and although there were more than 5 kids playing, they have enough space to run around. The adults are required to wear socks inside the “gym”. I had to buy from them a pair of socks for Php40 which is like the 10 peso socks you can buy from Quiapo.
We went out late, so we arrived in Trinoma at 5pm. We were so hungry, so after an hour of running after Yz, I told hunny we eat dinner first. Yz was not satisfied yet, so it was all crying while going out from the Gymboree. It was painful for me too, cause I know how much Yz loves playing there.
We ate at Teriyaki boy, and boy! how poor their service was. I was used to the good service at Teriyaki boy in Gateway. We were too sleepy and tired to complain, so we just left and went home. Still it was a great and happy day. I really wanted to give something “special” for the two of them, but I guess being level-headed (which rarely happens in our day to day), and not ruining the day because of my crankiness, is enough.

Ako totoo, I constantly think about having a child lately kaso mejo stressed ata ako or worried …I don’t know. Sobra dami ko pimples due to this…
