Before, networking sites, review sites, and forums were separately operating. But now there are websites working as one. I have joined some sites like these and at first, what I do is to write reviews about books I’ve read and movies I’ve watched.
Networking follows when you finally get to be friends with your readers or your commenters. You find people that have the same interests with you and that’s what makes it exciting. You talk about what you like and don’t like about a specific product, or how much you like Adam Lambert or Charice Pempengco.
Acobay.com is a networking site by Amazon wherein you can write an article about anything – computers, games, gadgets (mobile phones, game consoles), cars, travel destinations, food, websites, software, tools and equipments, magazines, restaurants, even breastfeeding and being a military wife. Everyday they are updating the system – adding more features to make it more inviting. Even the site is still in Beta mode, they have already acquired members who wrote significant and unbiased reviews of products.
If you wanna be connected with other enthusiasts, just add a product in your wishlist then you’ll be connected to other members who have owned the product. This way, you’ll be able to chat with them and join the discussions of that particular product or topic.
