If you have noticed my past blog posts were about my childhood days. I guess it’s just the side effect of my DMPA. I am very much sentimental and if only I can go back to the past and visit my childhood life, I really would.
It’s my 2nd month today and will be having my 2nd vaccine if I would reconsider it. You see, I’m not feeling good physically. The bones in my fingers get stiff every now and then, I always have to stretch them out every once in a while; my back aches and I want to sleep always; and the most frustrating is that I have little mens, for about 2 weeks now.
It is much better having 1 week of menses than 2 weeks of irregular pour. I always had to wear napkin and aside from that, I am feeling nauseous at times. It’s like having migraine and morning sickness all over again.
Okay, I know. I should be exercising, but now that I have more responsibilities, I don’t know when to fit in the working out part. I know I’m a sucker when it comes to time management, and that I always have excuses whenever I find myself an opportunity to work out. Geez! I really have to discipline myself now.
Hunny is trying to help me out, but what do I do? I am not working it out. I already have my running shoes and I still hit the stationary bike. I haven’t actually ran outside, I just jogged in place without shoes on. So, here we go again with all the excuses and procrastination.
Blah blah blah. Okay, this is not sounding so good. I want a more positive entry, but the last few days or weeks were very uninspiring for me? or was it not? I mean, I have found a new great way to monetize this blog.. huny and I are in great terms.. see? Everything is great. So, what’s missing?

So many things to do, but the best part of the day is when you are not doing anything, right?
I always tell myself that I have to go to the gym if I want to be like your “hunny,”but I end up going to the badminton court. LOL. Don’t get me wrong, I burn a lot of calories playing badminton, actually around 350calories in thirty minutes of a regular game. I usually play for at least two hours, so I burn a lot of those unwanted calories, but, I want to have bulk too, in the right places of course.
Those were my dilemmas! Anyway, hopefully, a better and well organized week to come. LOL

@Z: hey, doc! yeah.. sometimes I just want to stop and just stare in space. But I was very active and hyper like a kid and sometimes I can’t stand not doing anything. btw, I was able to walk 5km this afternoon. Luckily it’s cloudy.
Yup! I also wanna play badminton. a friend and I bought badminton rackets but we only got to play it once. haha! well, at least you have cardio workout. yup! this will be a productive week. I will make sure. LOL
Ceblogger has been asking me to play with him since he found out that I play badminton. hehehe. Schedule is soooo toxic we can’t make our days match. Anyway, when he flies back from Cebu, I’ll find out more.

a good cardio work out is what I have been looking for, but one that will not give me tennis elbow. Weird ano, tennis elbow for playing badminton. This was the term used for lateral epicondylitis. Okay, too much med stuff, I’ll zip it.
But, what I want to do is to regularly go to the gym. hehehe. I don’t want to be weak looking. hehe
Wow, I was driving this afternoon in the rain so, it was good that you were able to walk/run that long without getting wet. LOl

about running shoes, I don’t have one.
ayyy.. nitatakot mo naman ako sa DMPA lalo. huhuhu.. baka ganyan din side effect sakin di lalo na ako tinamad. pano na ang kaban ng bayan? niahehe
naku mag pills ka na lang or IUD.. or abstinence haha
