Four months ago, I was thinking of buying my own carbohydrate supplements. Hunny drinks protein shake everyday and I thought I needed more carbs to gain weight. I have read on one health blog that in order to gain more weight, I should be consuming more proteins.
That’s a great idea. I won’t be needing to buy my own separate supplements. Anyway, when I make boyfriend his protein shake, I always add more to the usual measurement for me. (hehe)
When I was pregnant with Yzabella, that’s the time I started trying to live healthy. I eat apples, drink pineapple juice, and munch on cereals. I used to love eating chips (aka junk food) but now I diverted that “munching” habit to munching cereals instead.
In one local shop, I have found protein snacks and they look like choco-coated wafers with pop rice. Here’s another fine selection from Kay’s Naturals. Other products include Pro-Stat, BariCare, Ostrim, Syntrax Nectar, Tri O Plex,Proteinex. Oh.. how I love to buy those! I would munch on them while I’m running walking on the streets. Munching would take away my boredom from walking the same path 5 times in 1 hour.
Have you noticed? I’m a snacker. I used to buy squash and watermelon seeds, peanuts and cashew nuts. I would chew on them like there’s no tomorrow.

Same here! I love to take snacks, especially after siestas! (which I take a lot of) I go for the local brands since they are a lot cheaper.
So, here I am, just finished three, make that, four slices of pizzas. Sarap! hehehe.

ekk! I am no good on healthy food.. I am not a snacker but a chewer.. I can’t last an hour without chewing, so we have tons of biscuits and breads *but no chichiria hehe). That’s the problem with me and my siblings.. we need to chew or talk hehe..

I love junk but I see I gain so much weight from there.
chew or talk? haha! hindi naman ako madaldal. hindi rin ako chewer o snacker. ay ang boring ko. haha! pero pag nasimulan ko magchichiria prang i can’t stop. bad habit yun no? hays.
hehe.. ayaw ko ng tstsiria eh.. di ako makakakain ng junk fuds without coke, kaya hassle at sobrang bad sa health
