The smell of that strong powder detergent reminds me of my mother. If I smell that early in the morning, I know she is washing her drapes. What she does is to soak her Turquoise drapes into the water with the detergent and leave it for like half an hour. And then you’ll see how dark the water have become and the drapes back into its original color.
Although my mom has a washing machine, she still prefers hand washing almost everything. She would use the washing machine to spin the water and clothes and then squeeze out the water with her hands.
I couldn’t do all those things, not with my short arms and fingers. I would need some assistance like Drapery Cleaning Dallas who will help me remove not only dust but also odors and contaminants that my drapes will be accumulating.
I am overly excited over the thought that I would be able to buy some fabrics for my curtains, bedsheets, bedcovers, and other stuff for our little room. Someday, I would also want a fully carpeted room (although the man of the house wouldn’t want one). ^^
