When Yz and I went to the mall this afternoon, I was able to get hold of cute jump rope for only Php 50.00! Isn’t it cute? I just had 300 jumps, 100 on each set. Before that I stretched out for about 15 minutes. All in all I only had 15 minutes of high heart rate.
I think jumping rope is much better than biking stationary. Or maybe I’m not that too focused on biking since I bike while watching Chuck. hehe. My heart rate does not go up that much although I’m really tired of pedaling changing the gear every now and then. Sshh!
When you jump, everything works. Your arms, legs, knees. Although I was like out of breath, I still feel the need to jump and jump. Exhilirating! I had to stop at 300 jumps because my body is shaking, my neck is itchy, and my limbs are starting to get cramps. (okay, again with my excuses). I’m planning on reaching 400 jumps tomorrow. I can do it!!! AAah! I should.
I think I’ve grown healthier. So, even though I’m skinny, I can still be physically fit just like anyone who has big bones and muscles. Before, when I do jumps like this, I usually end up laying down because I’ll get dizzy or my heart would be palpitating because of lost oxygen. Now, I can handle long stretches and cardio workouts. Yay! Practice practice practice!

mabuti, mabuti. wag mo ako gayahin walang exercise. buti na lang hindi ako ganun kadaling mgakasakit din kahit payatot ako. niahehe.

i need cardio exercise too! cguro i should try jump ropes. ang hirap kasi sa sakin, sisimulan ko lang.. di ko pinapatuloy. hehe!
