Answering the recent One Word Tag I received from a friend, it reminded me how much I wanted to have my own house. My father is planning on passing his house to our eldest brother (that’s the tradition anyway) and being a woman, usually you’re expected to live with your husband, hence the man is the one responsible for acquiring a house. Even so, I also wanted to have my own.
I got used to living in a detach bungalow house, but if ever I will be buying myself my house, I want a condominium style and with a large storage room. (I have lots of “treasures/keepsakes”).
I already told you about my dad being a real estate agent and I always loved tagging along with him whenever he went out with clients for a tripping. I know how hard it is to choose a good place to settle in and finding a good broker is just as hard. Some are only after their sales and are not as competent after sales. That’s why I think it’s best to get your house from someone trusted and a stable one.
If ever I would want to settle in a suburban location where everything is accessible. I want green and clean. I want the place to somewhat to look like this from Phoenix New Homes:
Cachet Homes are semi-built houses, condominiums, or townhouses. I guess they have great architects and interior designers, judging from these pictures. Phoenix New Homes really looked luxurious and elegant.
Cachet Homes has been around for almost 2 decades. I think that’s long enough to mean lots of experience.
