I was not so addicted with my blog’s alexa ranking until now. You know how obsessed I am with advertising (particularly blog advertising) and it’s like a daily hourly routine to me checking up my adsense & adbrite accounts, nuffnang, adgitize, and blog stat counter.
Everyday I’m in the search of ways how to make my traffic rise. As always, it’s all about content being king. But as you can see, I cannot write as great as problogger, so I have to make do with what I’m good at.. hmm.. is there any? (oh, yes, being addicted to ads)
When this blog turned one, my alexa rank was about 110 thousand plus plus. Told you I’m not really a big fan of my PageRank and Alexa Rank before, but since it’s a big issue to advertisers, I might as well join the fun.
As if I understand everything that’s set in here. haha! My blog is stuck with PageRank 3. Geez. Anyway, if you want a free pagerank button, just click here, copy the code and paste it onto your blog. I suggest you place it on your footer so that you can see every page rank of your posts or pages and find out how popular it is. Like my blogversary contest page, it’s PR0 now. Isn’t it exciting? ^^

hay, i dont really understand how you get a page rank… i used to have PR 3 in mommyjourney then it became 0… on my other blog, it suddenly became PR 3 again a few days ago.. can you enlighten me how this works?!
hihi. di ko rin alam mommy eh. maraming nagsasabi dpende sa mga backlinks sa site mo, tska ung outgoing links at incoming links. dapat daw less than 100 links sa isang page. so bawasan mo siguro ung links sa sidebar mo. kaya ako nga minsan naglilinis eh. tapos, ayun nga shempre usually diba pag may mga tags and awards, daming links un, sa mga contests, so puro outgoing. dapat marami din nag link back sayo.
un nga, before wala akong keber sa mga PR eh kaso nga gusto ng mga advertisers diba mataas ang PR kaya un. kelangan madami kang hits per day. nakakailan ka ba? ^^

um.. siguro try to make it mga 100+ and ask for xchange links sa mga sites with high Pagerank. lipat mo nalang ung mga links mo sa isang page. I’m not sure kung do follow ung mclinky. kase ang dami nun diba? puro outgoing links un. ^^
ganda ng alexa ranking mo!!! inggit haahah. i dont have much $$ to pay adgitize anymore.. ska na after the christmas project naman ako mag adgi..
buti ka nga at PR3 ka… ako, PR2 lang. hehe! but you will never know with google. nawawala, bumabalik, nadedemote pa minsan ang PR mo. i guess we should just take care of our blog content then… publish lang ng publish. hehe!

I think PageRank 3 is something to brag about already.
PageRank is all about backlinks. It doesn’t haev anything to do with your content or outgoing links. I’m a newbie blogger and my blog is just 2.5 months old but I’ve tried to learn about these things (PageRank and Alexa) and sure enough I got a PageRank 3 too! Plus my Alexa is already at 210k. For a 2 month old blog at the time of update, I think thats really something.
