House Hunting

If Mike receives his salary later, we’ll be going to check out again the condo unit we kind of like somewhere here in Quezon City. We actually like the simplicity of the design of the real estate developer. The only problem is the site location of the condos itself.

The one in Quezon City are low rise buildings, which only has 5 floors. When you open the main door of a unit, you’ll be greeted by the kitchen to your left and the living area to your right. I find the design very homey. Then second design, which is in Taguig (has low and high rise buildings), you’ll find the dining area comes first before the living area.

Both the kitchen of the two model units were quite spacious than the condo unit we checked out in Ortigas. I so much love it. Especially the effect of the indoor lighting in the kitchen and dining areas.

Those of course are just sample designs of what you can do to your condo unit. The layout is actually pretty simple. All of their condominiums are constructed this way and we already trusted the company. The only problem is the location of the site.

When we first went there, we were accompanied by the broker, who happens to be Mike’s cousin, so we didn’t need to commute. If we’ll be heading on later this afternoon, we’ll just try to go there by jeepneys so we’ll know how hard and how long it will take us to get to the vicinity from the main road.

This home hunting is both fun and tiring. I hope we can get a nice place soon. ^^

oh my friend is getting married and they looking for house too. So expensive the house the location they chosen MYR$390,000. I think you need to consider alot when house hunting, location is important and easy access convenient to the house too.
