New Year’s Resolution: Be Happy

I received an interesting text message from a mommy friend. I thought it would be a great New Year’s Resolution:

More Veggies, Less Meat

More Vinegar, Less Salt.

More Fruits, Less Sweets.

More Water, Less Soda.

More Deeds, Less Talk.

More Sharing, Less Desires.

More Walks, Less Rides.

More Laughter, Less Anger.

More Friends, Less Enemies.

More Appreciation, Less Criticism.

More Sleeps, Less Gimmicks.

More Visions, Less Disappointments.

More Prayers, Less Worries.

In short, I should learn to be grateful and focus on the positive things that come my way. I will have less enemies cuz they’d think I’m such a very happy person to be with and I’d be able to block out all the negative vibes from all stimuli.

If I eat healthy food then my overall outlook will be as healthy. ^^

If I sleep more (or have a nice rest), I’ll feel revitalize the next day. I’ll feel happy and rejuvenated. That means less time gimmicks blogging hehe. I will have more time to exercise.

I have set aside my walking, jogging, and jump roping because of my addiction to blog advertising. Let’s add that I need to learn time management. hehe

On a personal note, I’ll be a non-cranky partner to my boyfriend and be a “good” mom to our daughter. I know he had enough of my crankiness the past year that we live with his family, now that we’re moving in to our own place, I’ll be a better person (cross fingers) and just be happy.

I think it all boils down to being happy . If you’re a happy everything good follows. JUST BE HAPPY, fedhz. ^^

Great list…and I heard a wonderful tip tonight…being “happy” really isn’t a goal, it’s ByProduct of doing the right things!! I think if you stick to your list here, you might get a good dose of this “byproduct!” Happy New Year!
