Sometimes I think that I’m very lucky that even though I wasn’t able to pursue college, I still am able to land on jobs that are high paying. But the feeling of not being able to finish something always haunts me. I studied in a Computer institute but it only lasted me a couple of months. I didn’t like computers back then and especially regarding computer networking and stuff like that.
I also studied for caregiving but I didn’t push through the internship for so many personal reasons. I regret that up to this day on. It always feel like there’s something missing and I badly wish I can go back to those days.
Anyway, so much for wishing. I mean, why should I wish if I can just go now and apply again. There are many international internship available world wide. There’s so many courses to choose from – childcare, event planning, marine biology, and fashion internship.
I hope there were seminars or more like career day in our school before so I was able to actually experience what I really wanted to be. I was so naive and undecided those times that I let other people direct me where I should be.
