I Lost my 2 Wisdom Teeth

I had my wisdom teeth extracted. I only need to have 2 removed since 2 of my lower molars were extracted a decade ago. When I had my 2nd prophylaxis (yes the 2nd in my entire life), the dentist said I should have my wisdom teeth removed asap. I was hesitant not only because of money issues but because of the trauma my previous extraction left me.

When Mike had his teeth cleaned, wisdom teeth extracted surgery, paste fillings, he spent more than 30 thousand pesos and about 12 thousand for each tooth more or less since they were impacted, lying sideways or overly damaged (in short, bulok na!) He need not push me to go visit the dentist cuz the last few days I was complaining of toothache.

I guess one week was enough to endure the pain and to psyche myself up for another extraction or worse, surgery. Anyway I’m glad that’s it’s over now. It wasn’t that painful, thank gawd. My only complaint now is my aching pocket. Yes, people. I spent 9 thousand pesos for these two teeth be swayed and pulled out.

Don’t click the picture… Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I know it’s eerie looking. The orange part on the left tooth was corroded because I cannot reach it with toothbrush, hence the pain. But the right wisdom tooth was more painful when it was being pulled cuz of its position. The dentists were telling me that it was impacted and all and that being impacted has different types and so on. Luckily, each tooth has only one root, unlike Mike’s and my molars which had 3 roots so that explains the excruciating pain while being pulled.
