Actually our office is not done yet. We still want to buy some movable drawers. Yes, our desks didn’t come with drawers on them. There are matching drawers for our tables but they are sold separately. Mike and I had something else in mind anyway. I hope we will have spare cash soon so I would be able to arrange our stuff neatly.
Right now my things (papers, office supplies and memorabilia) are inside a plastic storage box which was once Yzabella’s. The granny had given Yz humongous cube storage boxes where she can hide her toys and art stuff so I had the small rectangle one instead that I can hide under the bed.
I can’t finalize where I would keep our stuff. Just last night, I rearranged all our belongings putting Yz’s stuff to my shelf and mine using Yz’s. Not to mention our shower curtain needs cleaning as well. When my mom comes over, she tries to clean up the molds which had grown at the ends of the curtain, but it’s no use. I think I will need a strong solution to melt those dark spots away. While cleaning, I will need a replacement for it cuz I don’t want the toilet area getting wet. That’s another expense for me.
For the kitchen, I would love to buy a a cheap, stack-able and durable drain baskets or dish drainers. What I’m using right now is a plate rack and place a towel under it. Since we started stacking up grocery items, I’ve been urging Mike to buy me different Lock & Lock products especially for the pastas, breads and cereals.
We’ve been here in the condo for almost 4 months now and I still haven’t cleaned the glass panels. I just don’t want to start cleaning yet (not that I’m procrastinating) but because I love to clean glasses and mirrors so much that my OCness kicks in. And if that happens and I started cleaning, there’s no end to it until I see it squeaky clean. One of my biggest problem is the other side where I need to be outside on the veranda. No thanks. Have I told you on which floor we’re at? Yes, we’re on the 39th.
I am always at the malls canvassing and visiting my favorite shops which sell organization stuff for closet, in the kitchen or cabinet to get some idea how to organize our stuff especially if you’re in a small space. Yeah, you know, I have poor organizational skills. hihi. Well at least for now I can forget about my obsession over vacuum cleaners. A broom and damp towel is enough to clean our flooring unlike the ones on Mike’s old room.

Wow, to be up on the 39th floor. I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere so high up for a long period. Goodluck with the window cleaning!
