I just noticed that 711 has a Charging Station here in Greenfield District Branch (Shaw Blvd). I haven’t visited other branches yet but I would think other branches (should) have this as well. 711 has always been our favorite 24 hour store and I bet most nocturnal creatures too, aside from Mini Stop. Anyway, 711 can be found in almost every corner of every street.
I have not tried charging my cellphone here yet, but what you will do is insert a five peso coin for a 10-minute charging time. You can charge the following cellphone units:
- Nokia
- Sony Ericsson
- Motorola
- Samsung
And others:
- LG Usb
- Sony PSP
- Apple Ipod

That is so cool! Galing naman ng 7-11,napakainnovative ng marketing nila.
Wow that is cool…mukhang bago to ah. I have never seen it in 7 Elevens here.
baka dito lang sa Pinas kase mga adik mga tao dito. wakokok. for sure jan mga tao may mga sariling cars at dun sila nagcha-charge. hihi
This goes to show how important cellphone are nowadays…people can’t live without it and a dead cellphone of course is useless.
hopefully it’s safe, unlike before, I forgot the name of the fastfood resto who offered a free cellphone recharge station, yun pala dami din salisi gang who stole the cellphones that were recharging, and the management didn’t do anything to prevent this, kaya ayun sa dami ng nagreklamo inalis nila. They said they were not responsible for the stolen cellphones, e bakit nag offer sila ng ganun tapos wala nmn palang bantay. My son’s GF was one of the numerous victims.
Even the Mini stops have one of those, un nga lang you need to have lots of coins to continue charging. I remember when I first got my Itouch from my ex, naka spend ata ako ng 30 pesos para macharge lang ung itouch, Not a single minute, hinde ko kasi tinantanan ung kaka patugtug.
yeah good thing na invent na ito, i think pinoy ata nag invent nito cause back here in Singapore walang charging stations na ganito anywhere
