It’s the last day of the registration for the Northface 100 Philippines Trail Running in Baguio, Benguet. I wasn’t actually planning on joining, cuz if ever I would be able to attend, I’m not sure if I will make it on the cut-off time of 3 hours for the 11km I registered for.
I wanna set foot on the great landscapes by nature in Baguio where I haven’t seen when Mike and I visited several times ago (which was 3 times already) cuz we only stayed inside his Uncle’s house or go to SM (as if there’re no malls here). I’m still shaking while looking at the trails now especially if we will be passing like this path:
I think I have a mild case of Acrophobia (if there’s such a thing as being mild). Just looking outside our window (from the 39th floor) makes my knees tremble to the highest power. So if ever I make it on the starting line, I’m sure to be just trekking the whole trail and for Pete’s sake, will I be able to run in a place like that? Hehe. My goal is actually take pictures of the scenery that’s why I joined. <wink wink>
I guess Marce Kaye and I won’t be able to visit the Ukay Ukay (Wagwagan) to buy five-peso dresses and skirts (which was actually my agenda for being on the trip in the first place). Maybe next time. ^^
