How To Join
If you are 18 years old and up, a resident of the Philippines, visit www.psbank.com.ph and provide the following information:
* A Kakaibang Pinoy trait
* Name
* Address
* Telephone/Mobile Number
* Email address
* Birthday(exclusions: PSBank and Metrobank affiliates, its subsidiaries, advertising and media agencies, employess and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity)
Criteria for Judging* 50% for uniqueness of the trait;
* 30% for creativity; and
* 20% for claritySelection Proper
On April 20, 2010 at 4:00 pm, ten (10) winners will be selected in the presence of some PSBank officers at the PSBank Center in Makati.
Prizes At Stake
As mentioned earlier, each individual gets a chance to win a Deposit Credit Certificate worth PHP 2,000, which can only be used to open a deposit account at any PSBank branch nationwide, subject to standard policies and requirement for opening deposit accounts. The winner may combine the certificates with other funds for deposit but may not convert it to cash; the certificate is also non-transferable.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified through registered mail and telephone or also via email. A list of winners will be posted in the PSBank website (www.psbank.com.ph).
Winners shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of announcement, or notification, whichever comes last, to claim their prizes. PSBank will have the right to draw new winners for unclaimed prizes beyond this period.
Claiming the Prizes
Winners from Metro Manila or Provincial areas may proceed to the nearest PSBank branch, 5 days after the date of notification and present the following documents:
- Official notification received via registered mail
- 2 Valid IDs
