I had this book when my daughter is 2 months old. This is the third book in the best selling Baby Whisperer series which is the most comprehensive, up-close and personal. It includes personal experiences of moms who emailed and actually helped by Tracy in the process of Teaching their babies How to Sleep which is the most difficult task any mother experiences – which are put together as Case Studies. Special points are quoted and compiled in charts for easy access since you need to go over the book from time to time.
My favorite part or chapter of the book before was Chapter 5, Teaching your Babies How to Sleep since my kid is a spirited baby, it’s very hard for her to calm down. There are many words, phrases or jargon you can learn here regarding babies, like their temperaments which she categorized in this way: Angel babies, Textbook babies, Touchy Babies, Spirited, and Grumpy Babies. In this way, you can easily determine what your kid’s temperament is so you’ll know how to handle them properly in many situations.

many parents say start when six months old read books to them. I think not all parent doing that.
