Kaye told me it’s been raining constantly in Baguio ever since we left the place and the weather is colder compared to when we were there. While here we are, (not so) silently suffering the heat of the polluted city. Even with the air conditioning on, the heat is still unbearable.
And this is coming from someone who hates the cold and prefers the warm weather. So imagine how hot it is now for me to become uncomfortable. Even my desktop weather gadget seems to be taunting me with its constant high numbers. I usually don’t mind the heat because I’ve lived all my life in this tropical country and I’ve already gotten used to it.
But come on. This heat now is unbelievable. It’s a good thing we have the pool in the condo to keep us somehow cool when it’s sizzling hot. Any time now I expect the weather software to break down because it can’t take the numbers that it’s been recording for the longest time now. Tee hee.
I am lazier now (if that’s even possible for me to get lazier than I usually am) to finish my pending tasks because of the heat and I think I am contributing to the water shortage because of my high intake of liquid the past few days. Oh rain, please, please, please come now. We will be more than glad for your presence. Or maybe ask Kaye to send some cool air over. hihi

it raining here too and sometimes it won’t stop for hours. Still inside the house very hot.
