There’s the sunshine after the rain.
- 98 degrees
I woke up with the sunshine shining down on me. I’m so happy and feel so very blessed. Just last night Mike and I had reminisced about the past – how simple life was - when we’re contented hanging out in a coffee shop with just one big iced mocha that 4 people would share and would last it for hours; when 100 Pesos was more than enough to keep us alive for a whole day.
There were also mishaps and embarrassing moments like when I almost jumped out from the jeepney when my fifty peso bill flew out the jeepney door. Yes, I wanted to ran after my last peso bill. And when I had to go home so Mike could eat at Jollibee with his friends since we couldn’t afford to feed the both of us. Haha! Those were the days!
I hope everyone will have a great week!
