Transferring Webhost for the Nth Time

Wednesday Aug 18, 2010

If you chanced upon my blogs loading so slow, or end up being on Connection time out, that’s the 1% of the downtime in our webhost contract when we subscribed. So what does 99% up time mean when all of my blogs were down for almost 30 minutes?

You know how much I’m dependent on my blogs, not only as a hobby or for vanity purposes. But my blogs are the reason how I’m able to buy the food we want to eat and to provide for our vices (like shopping online or offline or go to places with lots of pocket money). ^^
The past week was tough for me and my blogs. The upload of pictures took time; well the whole blog actually. I was slowly freakin’ out since during that same time I was laid off (again) from work. Quirks of being a freelance. damn.

I have told myself in the past, a couple of times already, I know, that I should have given serious time for my blogs. It’s funny that all my blogger friends don’t experience such down time, or was it that I am always online when my blogs go down or that we’re not just lucky to acquire a reliable blog hosting.

Yesterday, I signed up with a new webhost with fingers and even toes crossed. I hope I can finally be at ease this time.
